Hi,
the error is saying that the import failed to match on the name that you substituted on the ldif command line import.
So either the local DC=... you typed on the command line had a typo or the DC=... that you are specifying does not exist as a partition (namespace) in AD LDS. Did you create the partition DC=.... when you ran the AD LDS installation wizard?
